Choose a call workflow
Choose the process type from how contacts enter Dino, not from the agent design.

People call your DID? ─────────────▶ Inbound| Workflow | Use it for | Calls begin when |
|---|---|---|
| Preview | One owner-scoped agent test | The approved preview starts. |
| Batch | One finite imported list | The ready Batch moves to running. |
| Drip | Continuous application-driven contacts | A running Drip accepts contacts. |
| Inbound | Calls received on one DID | A caller dials the bound number. |

Before Batch, Drip, or Inbound creation, choose:
- target owner and region;
- agent genesis or pinned version;
- eligible Dino runtime, DID, and partner credential;
- VAD mode and optional Silero profile;
- hard call duration from 90 through 900 seconds;
- Lens link lifetime from 30 through 180 days;
- Batch or Drip process limit within DID capacity.
Idle prompts and timing belong to the agent flow (lifecycleAudio.idle), not the process. Without that configuration, idle prompts and timers are disabled. Set them on the agent before you create a process.
Gotchas
- A Ping Client cannot create Batch, Drip, or Inbound processes.
- A Pong Client can create these processes only for themself.
- One Client's agent and infrastructure cannot serve another Client.
- A Client process must use Client-owned credentials and an allowed runtime.
- An Account Manager process can use owned or Ops-granted credentials and an allowed runtime.
- Creating an empty Batch or Drip does not itself place a call.
- Importing a Batch does not place a call. Moving it to
runningcan.
