Preview rules

• An Account Manager configures the fixed destination and Preview allocations.
• Only the Client can place a Ping Preview call.
• The Client selects one ready allocation, DID, partner credential, and Vox server.
• The Client selects a transport VAD mode and the owner's Silero profile.
• Only one interactive session can be active for one user.

Agent-to-agent simulation (optional)

To prove a full conversation without telephony, connect two agents in a simulation. It runs both agents on one Runtime and returns a Lens report for each side.

Gotchas

• integration verify checks the Component boundary. It does not execute the operation.
• An integration test can make a real HTTP request.
• A 409 preview response means an interactive session is already active.
• Pending preview results can omit call, duration, Lens, and post-tool fields.
• A Lens link can expire without changing the call result.
