Experience and widgets

An Experience binds one Account Manager-owned agent to a runtime bundle so linked Clients can run it as a web widget. Assignment, update, cloning, and disabling require Account Manager authentication.

Assign or update a source

Select a compatible bundle from agent get, catalog vox-servers, catalog transport-dids, and catalog partner-credentials. Prefer the agent's genesisId so the Experience follows later publications.

Prompt your AI agent

Recommended
text
Use the `dino-pong` skill to assign an Experience for my agent <agent>.
The source agent must be AM-owned. Pick a compatible runtime, DID, and partner credential.
Choose the VAD mode and profile explicitly. Show the full bundle and wait for approval.
Return the assignment ID.
Use the Dino CLI directly
text
dino experience assign \
  --agent-id <am-owned-agent-id> --name <experience-name> --region <region> \
  --vox-server-id <id> --transport-did-id <id> --partner-credentials-id <id> \
  --vad-mode <mode> --vad-profile-id <profile-id> \
  --confirm-mutation experience.assign

dino experience update \
  --assignment-id <source-assignment-id> \
  --agent-id <am-owned-agent-id> --name <experience-name> --region <region> \
  --vox-server-id <id> --transport-did-id <id> --partner-credentials-id <id> \
  --vad-mode <mode> --confirm-mutation experience.update

Choose one operation, not both. Save the returned assignment ID. Update replaces the live source bundle for every linked Client. Optional --integration-contexts <absolute-private.json> sets private context; on update, an empty object clears it and omission keeps it.

Verify, clone, disable

text
dino experience get --assignment-id <assignment-id>

# Clone the live source to a directly managed Client (no infrastructure IDs):
dino experience clone --assignment-id <source-assignment-id> --client-email <email> \
  --confirm-mutation experience.clone

# Read the default widget for an assigned agent:
dino experience get-widget --agent-id <agent-id> --user-email <assigned-user-email>

# Disable one clone (with --client-email) or the source and all clones (without it):
dino experience disable --assignment-id <assignment-id> \
  --confirm-mutation experience.disable

Gotchas

  • A Client-owned agent cannot become the source; the source agent must be AM-owned.
  • Callers cannot override VAD. Browser widgets continue to use client VAD.
  • Disabling the source disables every active clone. Disclose that before approval.
  • There is no public listing of assignments. Save each returned assignment ID.

Next

Use Voice detection profiles to tune the VAD the Experience uses.
